PALAPA SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We offer a 30-day free shipping, refund and exchange for all our products purchased from PALAPA directly to addresses and P.O. boxes in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia. For international orders, please refer to the separate international section below.
1. Shipping Policy
Please allow 24 hrs for your order to process. We only ship Monday-Friday. Shipping times tend to be 2-7 business days. If you need expedited or special services, please reach out prior to ordering to confirm we can accommodate your request.
PALAPA is not responsible for tracking your package once the order has been processed and has left the warehouse.

PALAPA is not responsible for lost/stolen/missing packages.
Customer must reach out to the carrier immediately before contacting us. PALAPA will do everything they can to assist in locating your package.
On occasion, packages are picked up by others by mistake, stolen or delivered to the wrong address. Please ship your order to a safe and reliable location.
2. Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return and refund for all our products purchased from PALAPA directly.
Please contact us at hola@palapasandals.com to setup a return, exchange or merchandise credit.
PALAPA accepts returns for refund on unused merchandise in original condition
PALAPA will provide one return label for free if in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia. Package must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving the label.
Item(s) must be returned in original and unused condition. Customers will be charged a flat $15 inspection/restocking fee if items don't comply with above requirements.
PALAPA will provide shipping labels for all unused merchandise for Exchange if returned within (30) days of delivery (U.S. only).
All other countries outside of the U.S. may return within 15 days of delivery of said items at customer's own expense.
All returns are at the customers risk. PALAPA is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please take care in packaging returned items. PALAPA is not responsible for items damaged in transit due to improper or insufficient packaging.
All merchandise returned without consent from PALAPA will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
