The Huarache Process
We build luxury huaraches the traditional way, elevating heirloom design with the highest-quality leather.
Handwoven by tradition, designed for the modern feet.

The Design
Our huaraches have an eye-catching minimalistic pattern that allows airflow and molds to your feet. Our non-toxic cushioning brings extra comfort and our leather wedge brings additional support, delivering a brand new staple for the modern closet.
The Tools
Cutting, assembling, sewing, pasting, weaving and mounting. In every step we are using traditional tools, such as tweezers, hammers and nails as well as simple machinery for sewing and embossing. We complete the process with final touches of high-quality waxes applied by hand, giving the leather depth, protection and radiance.

The Leather
Traditional huaraches are made with vegetable-tanned (no chrome) vachetta leather, turning the leather flexible, antibacterial, antiallergenic and even biodegradable. We went a step further by partnering with a tannery awarded for its environmental stewardship by the Leather Working Group.
The Weave
Huarache's unique construction consist on connecting the upper to the sole by weaving strips of leather. Each pair is handwoven by one skilled artisan to achieve a cohesive weave.
